Color cable TV, DVD and Wi-Fi. Two skylights to let in the magical New Mexico sunlight from above. Kiva fireplace (decorative only) with candles to add to the southwest ambiance and feel. On site washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. Outdoor, canvas patio chairs to sit in comfort and enjoy daytime birdsong and nighttime star gazing.

One full with tub and shower; Mexican tile accents. Ample supply of towels and bath wares.

Fully equipped with electric, four burner stove and oven, full sized fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all dishes and cookware. Mexican tiled bar for countertop dining with 2 chairs and 2 stools (for drop-in dinner guests!)
Bedding:
Double Murphy bed plus a twin roll-away, with all linens provided. Closet space to hang clothing items and stash a suitcase plus a dresser for fold-ups.
Heating:
Electric radiant floorboard heat on thermostat. Bath has an additional heater on dial control.
