Kitchen: Fully equipped: four burner gas stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, ample supply of glassware, dishes and cookware.
Bedding: Queen bed. L-shaped couch has bedding. Bunk House -2 full sized futons.
Pricing: $135 to $175 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Weekly discounts. Monthly rates.
Add on $50 to $75 per night for The Bunk House.
Policies: Non-smoking and pet-friendly for dogs (on a case to case basis, let’s discuss).
Bunk House: Approximately 300 sq. ft. free standing building next to the main house. (Main house is attached to a studio that has it’s own private entry and sitting area –may be occupied).
