Location:
Approx. 4 blocks north of Taos Plaza. 301 Guyora Lane. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Convenient to just about everything! Approx. 19 miles to Taos Ski Valley.

Views:
Beautifully landscaped front gardens, with aromatic juniper bushes, wooden footbridge and scattered deciduous trees. Very private, double fenced-in backyard area; perfect for bird watching. You can get a glimpse of Taos Mountain through the front yard trees!

Amenities:
Gas log fireplace, landscaped front and back garden areas, patio furniture, gas grill, 5 to 6 TV'S (kitchen, living area, master bedroom, suite, 2nd bedroom, and south apt) with cable access and VCR, 42" high density flat panel in living area, stereo/CD/cassette, washer/dryer,  master bath jetted-tub, outdoor 5 person hot tub (in private adobe walled courtyard, 4 private phones, fax machine, DSL wireless and even a piano!

Baths:
Four to five, one convenient to each bedroom. Master bath has shower and jetted-tub. Second and third bedrooms have shower only baths, suite has a handicap accessible bathroom and shower, fifth bedroom (south apt) has large bath with tub/shower.

Kitchen:
Magnificent and huge! The main kitchen is more than just fully equipped. Gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, blender, toaster, toaster-oven, coffee maker, food processor, 2 sinks, generous supply of dishes and cookware, and 20" TV (to watch while you are lost in the kitchen). Open to dining area with seating for up to 10, additional tables and chairs are available for very large groups; also informal bar-top eating.  South apt has a full kitchen and a round oak table for four or more.

Bedding:
King size tempur-pedic bed in master bedroom, queen bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 twins (that can be made into a king) in 3rd bedroom, the 2 room suite has a queen bed and a shelf-twin bed in one room and a twin in the other, the fifth bedroom (south apt.) has a king bed in the bedroom - can add 2 additional twin beds - (this bedroom is quite large - see The Gathering Place Apt under 1 bedroom) and a queen sleeper in the living area. Additional bedding includes: twin-long in built-in private bonco, 3 twins in private loft.

Heating:
Gas radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat. Gas log stove in living area.

4 bedrooms -approx.3800 sq. ft. to include: bedrooms and baths listed above as 1, 2 and 3, the 2 room suite, the loft and the private bonco. This is the "Main House". Sleeps 14 in 11 beds. 

5 bedrooms -approx. 4800 sq. ft. to include: bedrooms and baths listed above as 1, 2 and 3, the 2 room suite, the loft, the private bonco 
and the South Apt. This is the "Whole Downstairs". Sleeps 20 in 16 beds.

We have the option of offering you another time-slot depending on time of year. You are responsible for your fully reserved stay. (This is a very large property. Group events are planned months to a year in advance. It is only one home, and cancellations often reflect a loss that cannot be recouped).
