Views:
Absolutely outstanding in all directions; 360 degree panoramic views of open mesa, beautiful northern New Mexican countryside, the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and breath taking sunrises and sunsets. This can be experienced from the large windows in the living area in the home, the outdoor- sheltered elevated deck, the outdoor hot tub, or from a more dramatic stance in the gazebo-tower.

Amenities:
It would be easier to list what this home "doesn't" have than does! Outdoor 6 person hot tub with dramatic views, outdoor - sheltered elevated deck with patio furniture and kiva fireplace, winding staircase to the upper gazebo-tower; and that's just the outdoor perks! 

Interior wise, 2 fireplaces, TV on satellite dish/VCR/DVD, small entertainment center with radio/CD/cassette, private phone with unlimited long distance, High Speed Internet Connection DSL(bring your power cord), washer/dryer and ceiling fans for warm weather and down comforters for cool weather in every bedroom, and ceiling fans as well in the living area, kitchen and entry way. 

Baths:
Four sweet, cozy baths; one convenient to each bedroom. Light, white and bright with just a "splash" of color. Three are 3/4 bath with shower, and one has a Jacuzzi tub with shower. 

Kitchen:
Light and bright with just the right touch of color. A more than fully equipped kitchen, to include: microwave/convection oven, oven/convection oven, coffee maker, cuisinart, espresso maker, toaster, egg beater, salad washer, chopper, dishwasher, and a generous supply of cookware and a fun, colorful selection of dishes to set your table with! Kitchen counters are Arizona stone with counter seating for two.

The dining area is simply superb with cherry table for six, leather and Kilim upholstered end chairs and great tall windows with banco seating all around.

Bedding:
Every bedroom has it's own theme and color scheme; simply whimsical! You have your pick of Morrocan Yellow, Sage, Madras Red or Mom's Pumpkin Pie.

All bedrooms have queen bed and matching pieces to coordinate the overall theme. Also, lighted nichos, ceiling fans, great windows, and amazing little recessed closets with antique wooden doors. 

Heating:
Very warm and toasty in the winter and well ventilated and comfortable in the summer. Radiant floor heat on thermostat. Lots of windows for radiant heat and fresh circulating air for seasonal temperatures; ceiling fans in all rooms too. 

Sq. Ft.:
2000 sq. ft. in an open, bright and comfortable floor plan. Great cozy den area with kiva fireplace and patulous living, dining and kitchen areas. Expansive grand entry way with illuminated nicho and personally designed, owner handcrafted, forged metal light fixtures. The living area is adorned with antique Chinese coffee table, antique Mexican pieces, Zapotec pillows and Beduoin handmade cushion covers. The walls are hand-mixed tint plaster that have the appearance of suede.

$300 to $800 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests.
