Two TV’s on sat. dish (36” in living area with surround sound, 27” in master bedroom), VCR/DVD, entertainment center with radio/cassette/CD, private phones, laundry room with washer/dryer, 3 kiva fireplaces (living area, master bedroom, outdoor patio), clock and/or clock radios, commercial Char-Broil propane grill and tasteful, elegant décor.

Baths:
Three and ½. One large bath off master bedroom with French double glass doors, Jacuzzi  tub, separate shower, 2 sink vanities and separate commode area. Full bath with tub and shower off 2nd bedroom. Bath with shower only between the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Half bath “Powder Room” with toilet and sink off kitchen/dining area.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with 5 burner range top, oven and microwave oven, 2 sinks, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. A great kitchen for a group cook with lots of counter space. Dining area table seats 8 plus countertop area.

King in master bedroom, with kiva fireplace, TV with sat. dish/DVD/VCR,  large walk-in closet with shelves/dressers, private full bath with Jacuzzi tub, entrance doors to front patio/hot tub and mountain views. Queen poster bed in second, with 2 closets, dresser and full private bath. Two twins/king in 3rd, closet, door to rear courtyard .Twin and twin sleeper sofa in 4th, closet. Bath between 3rd and 4th bedrooms. 2 queen and 1 double inflatable mattresses (Eddie Bauer self-inflatable) and twin rollaway.

Radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat.

3400 square feet, with a grand open feel, magnificent entry way and lots of windows and skylights; light and bright. Elegant furnishings, with a very “user friendly” floor plan. Grand entry way entrance, to the right the combination dining and kitchen areas, ½ bath, laundry room and entrance to garage. Straight ahead and back to the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and bath and entrance to the back patio. Also, straight ahead and to the left through the entry way to the 2nd bedroom and bath. To the left and down a step to the sunken living area; and to the left and back is the master bedroom and bath with entrance to the front patio and hot tub. Easy access to the hot tub, also from the front main entry of the house.

$225 to $800 per night, depending of time of year, length of stay , and number of guests. Monthly rates available. Weekly discounts.
