Location:
Canyon Heights, 0.7 miles from the Raton Bypass ( rt.585), and approximately 2 miles east from the Taos Plaza. Quiet, rural, country road, only 0.1 mile from the main road. A very convenient location to get to all of the wonderful activities Taos has to offer!

Views:
Trees galore! Lush, green, cool and shady. Beautiful gardens and landscaping. Located next to an acequia with a sweet, little, decorative foot bridge. You can catch a glimpse of the Sange de Cristo Mts. as you pull into the driveway, or a "head-on" view should you decide to explore further than your own backyard.

Woodstove in living area, 3 TV's on satellite (living area, kitchen, and master bedroom), 2 VCR's, CD player, cassette, washer/dryer, private phone, , 2 porch areas,  outdoor hammock, outdoor sitting area with picnic table/chairs and gas grill beautifully landscaped on flagstone, private driveway and parking, 2 walk-in closets off master and 2nd bedrooms, highchair for a child and studio available for an artist (how's that for accommodating!)

Baths:
Two baths. One off master bedroom with large walk-in shower; vibrantly colored New Mexican tile and talvera sink. One off hallway, convenient to 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, with a beautifully restored claw-foot tub and portable shower kit.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with 4 burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, ample dishes and cookware. Don't forget the TV too!

Bedding:
King bed in master bedroom, also TV/VCR, and walk-in closet (bedroom is 18 x 25 ft., very spacious). Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, tastefully done in white wicker and also a walk-in closet and ceiling fan. Set of twin bunk beds in 3rd bedroom (small, great for kids).

Heating:
Woodstove in living area, gas wall heaters (in kitchen and master bedroom) and electric floor heaters in bathrooms.

Sq. Ft.:
1340 square feet. In a spacious feeling, unique, multi-leveled floor plan, with the living room and kitchen on level one, up 5 steps and down 2 to the master bedroom and bath, back to the common hallway, and up 6 steps to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and bath. Bedrooms, living room, and master bath are carpeted (plush, thick carpeting), kitchen has vinyl flooring, and 2nd bath has tile flooring.

Pricing:
$90 to $150 per night for a party of 1 - 2 adults using only one bedroom/bath/living area and kitchen.
$130 to $175 per night for a party of 4 using 2 bedrooms/2 baths.
$175 to $300 per night for a party of 6 adults and one child using the whole 3 bedroom/2 bath space.
Pricing depends on time of year, length of stay and number of guests.

Policies:
This is a non smoking property. Well behaved pets allowed on a case by case basis, with damage deposit. Owners on premises with their own pets (private, detached home, in close proximity to guest home; no closer than a next door neighbor in a neighborhood).
