Location:
Approximately 3 miles south of Taos Plaza (Weimer area) and 18 miles to Taos Ski Valley. Rural “Taos Type” setting. Great location to get to just about everything Taos has to offer; restaurants, galleries, golfing, hiking, biking, skiing, rafting, the list goes on and on!

Views:
Amazing, outstanding, 360 degree panoramic views. Sangre de Cristo Mts., open mesa, sunrises and sunsets.

Amenities:
Front patio with 6 person outdoor hot tub, 2 TV’s on sat. dish (1 in living area/1 in master bedroom)/VCR, radio/cassette/CD, Qwest high-speed Internet service, kiva fireplace, washer/dryer and private phone. To help you find your “peaceful nature”, is an outdoor Meditation Labyrinth as used by the Ancient Native Americans, great for yoga or simply hanging out.

Baths:
Two. One 3/4 with  shower off the master bedroom. One full with tub and shower off a hallway convenient to the rest of the home and bedrooms. Very beautiful unique stone/slate handcrafted vanities and shower walls.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. Dining area table that seats 4 to 6, and cute little breakfast bar area to seat 4.

Bedding:
Queen in master bedroom (Tempurpedic )with private 3/4 bath. Queen in second bedroom and double/full (Tempurpedic)  in third. All bedrooms have closet space, (one walk-in closet) and have very tasteful bedding and décor. The living area has two good quality sleepers (one double futon, one double sofa sleeper). This offers 5 beds for adult single groups.

Heating:
Radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat.

Sq. Ft.:
Approx. 1500 sq. ft. in an open, aesthetically pleasing floor plan; light and bright with lots of windows. The living, dining and kitchen areas are central and open to the front of the house and the bedrooms private and separate. The master bedroom and bath at one end of the home, and the other 2 bedrooms, bath and laundry are off a central hallway at the opposite end. 

Pricing:
$175 to $500 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.

Policies:
This is a non-smoking property. It is dog friendly (sorry no cats we are allergic) on a case by case basis with refundable damage deposit and non-refundable cleaning fee.

Maximum capacity is 10.
