(yes these are considered a plus on the mesa in the southwest), TV/VCR -
satellite dish, entertainment center with radio/cassette/ CD, private
phone.
Baths:
Two baths. One off master bedroom has tub/shower and double sink. One
off main hallway near 2nd bedroom has shower only. Both have beautiful
Mexican talavera tile accents.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with dishwasher, electric range, coffee maker, microwave,
toaster, and a generous supply of dishes and cookware.
Bedding:
Queen in master bedroom, queen in 2nd bedroom, couch for child in living
room. Complete linens and two roll-aways are available.
Heating:
Gas radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat. Also, kiva fireplace in
living area.
Sq. Ft.:
1800 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, 2 bath duplex. The house has beautiful visual esthetic lines, with adobe
archways/diamond shaped tile accents into main rooms. A pleasant,
flowing floorplan, with main living space to the central portion, and
bedrooms off both sides of living area.
Pricing:
$125 to $225 per night,
depending on time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Monthly
rates available. Weekly discounts.
Policies:
This is a non-smoking
property. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with security deposit.
