Location:
Approximately 0.4 miles from Taos Plaza and 18 miles to Taos Ski Valley. Physical address is 311 Theodora Street. Quiet, quaint, Taos in-town neighborhood.

Views:
Sweet little green-grassy yard, with bountiful brightly colored gardens. Beautiful shade trees, small flowering ornamentals and towering pines; very picturesque.

Amenities:
Long shaded portal with patio furniture, trees and shaded yard, private parking for two vehicles, fireplace, washer/dryer in separate laundry room, 2 TV’S on cable (one in living area, one in master bedroom), VCR, CD/Radio/Cassette, 2 private phones w/answering machine, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living area. High Speed Wireless (modem).

Baths:
Two total, one convenient to each bedroom. Bath with shower is closest to the master; bath with tub/shower is nearest the second bedroom. Both have extended washing/sink areas outside of the bath itself. Beautiful New Mexican tile and sink accents.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with gas stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, hand-mixer, waffle iron and an ample supply of dishes and cookware. Kitchen/table “nook” with built-in benches and 3 chairs, also breakfast bar area with 2 chairs. Mexican tile counter tops. Also, a more formal dining table w/bench and chairs as part of the living area. Seats 6 comfortably.

Bedding:
King in master and queen and twin in second. Both bedrooms are carpeted, have ceiling fans and are at opposite ends of the home for added privacy. Master has ropero for hanging clothes, sitting area for reading, desk and TV; also a door to the backyard. Queen bedroom has a closet and dresser.

Heating:
Radiant floor heat (central) on thermostat.

Sq. Ft:
Approx. 1550 square feet in an open, spacious, light and bright floor plan with vaulted high ceilings in the living area. Combined and flowing kitchen, dining and living area with bedrooms and baths at opposite ends. There are three entrances; 2 to the front and one off the master bedroom.

Pricing:
$150 to $325 per night, depending on time of year, length of stay, and number of guests.
